When the Sky Rained Fire: The Velikovsky Phenomenon is an article by Fred Warshofsky appearing in the January 1976 issue of Reader's Digest,[1] which the SIS Review describes as:
- ".. a masterly (if colourfully introduced) condensation - to around 4,500 words - of Velikovsky's major works, along with the furore they aroused and the latest claimed confirmations, and makes a good introduction to the study of his theories."[2]
